I downloaded an app from the Store, but I am not able to see it. Why?

If you are not able to see an app you have downloaded recently, perhaps the app’s download is not complete yet. Check out the download status of the app in downloads queue. For checking the download status of an app:
- 1.Tap Store in App list.
- 2.Tap More, and then tap on Downloads.
- 3.Under Downloads, you can find the apps, which are being downloaded currently or are waiting for being downloaded. Tap an app among them to get further details regarding its download status.
If you are downloading an app larger than 50 MB, connection to WiFi network is necessary to finish the download.

A game may crash, not work or freeze due to various reasons. If you have been playing a game continuously for over 1 hour, the likelihood of such a problem arising increases.

This error means that accessing the app store is not possible for you since the country you live in is blocked.

How should I turn off or lock in-app purchases?

Follow the steps given below for turning off / locking in-app purchases:
- 1.Tap Settings -> General -> Restrictions -> Enable Restrictions.
- 2.Enter passcode for Restrictions. You have to enter the passcode twice.
- 3.Go to Allowed Content section.
- 3.Choose the In-App Purchases -> OFF.
